If you’re looking for a day out which is jam packed full of memories, with plenty of things to do then Chessington World of Adventures is for you.  It’s the number one spot for Britain’s wildest adventures, with so much going on, it really is a unique place.

Whether it’s a family day out or you’re celebrating a birthday, this attraction is suitable for all ages. With so much to do, you really do get a lot for your money.

Firstly, they have an awesome zoo which boats over 1,000 animals. Here they have lions, lizards, fish, snakes, gorillas, southern white rhinos, zebra, tigers, giraffe, sea lions, lemurs, penguins, meerkats, tortoise, birds and plenty more.

They’re always looking to expand their space to fit more animals in, so I can assure you, your next trip they’ll be something else to see. Why pay expensive prices and go abroad when you can see everything else just down the road. Just remember to take your camera, you do not want to miss a beat!

If that wasn’t enough then you can say hello to your sea friends. Chessington also has a sea life centre which is filled to the brim with some characters. Expect to see crabs, starfish, seahorses, rays, upside down jellyfish, lobster, clownfish, sharks and pufferfishes.

You can view all these around pools, pretend you’re underwater too by walking through spectacular tunnels, gather around when it’s feeding sessions and get involved in fun exhibitions and quizzes.

After that, why not stop for some food. With so many bars, restaurants, cafes and snack shacks you won’t be stuck if you’ve got a fussy little eater. Choose from your standard fish and chips, burgers and donuts or sit down in an Italian or Mexican restaurant, or simply stop for a coffee and a piece of cake.

Of course, I advise that to all go down before you explore the 40 rides and attractions. Across the theme park there are 10 themed lands, which provides you with even more fun and excitement for the day. Whether you’re with children, or an adrenaline junkie and want the real-thrill seeking rides then there’s something for everyone. And of course something for everyone in between.

As you can see, there’s so much to do, so why rush? On site there’s a number of hotels with 150 rooms per hotel which have regular offers and deals to make sure you can save every penny. Choose from themed hotels such as the African Savannah, The Temple Summit or the Chessington Resort Hotel.

Each one has their own restaurant and bar, a pool, slides and water jets so the fun doesn’t have to stop, a fitness area and spa for the adults to relax and de-stress after a long day. If you’re looking to turn it down a notch before bed, then the hotel has an extensive range of TV and movies which can be bought. Enjoy some complimentary bits and bobs from the hotel too.
