Gift wrapping terms and conditions

You can choose to have your order gift wrapped. This is a free service but has certain limitations. Large, bulky items or orders that contain more than 5 items can't be gift wrapped. Escentual cannot gift wrap hair care products because of their size and shape. You'll receive a notification if gift wrapping is not available and you can decide whether you still want to place the order. 

If your item can be gift wrapped but is an awkward shape, a gift bag or box may be used as a substitute 'wrapping'. You can also personalise your item with a free gift tag and message for your recipient to read when they receive their gift.
